KAMIL TEOMAN TAŞPINAR
Born in Istanbul in 1953, K.Teoman Taşpınar graduated from Robert College in 1972, graduated from Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1976, and completed his graduate studies at The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (U.M.I.S.T) in England in 1978. He started his career as a professional manager in 1978. From 1994 to 2020, Faurecia Polifleks Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager. K. Teoman Taşpınar is the father of a daughter.
KAZIM ISPAHANI
Kazım İspahani, born in Istanbul in 1947, completed his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies at Yıldız Technical University in 1973. He was a lecturer at Yıldız Technical University between 1973-1983. He conducted professional research in England between 1976-1977. He worked as the Project Manager at Eral Mimarlık ve Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş. In 1984, KM Architecture and Engineering and Consulting Ltd. Sti. He founded his company and still continues to work in the company of which he is the founding partner. Kazım İspahani is also an Honorary Member of Istanbul Tennis Club. Kazım İspahani, who is married and has two children, speaks English.
FIKRET TUMEN
Born in Istanbul in 1954, Fikret Tümen graduated from Saint-Joseph French High School and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1977. Fikret Tümen, who worked as an assistant in the Roman Law Department at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, attended the University of Milan and Paris University II with a scholarship from the Council of Europe for his academic studies. After that, he managed the Legal Affairs of the Ottoman Bank for 18 years and also continued to serve as the Assistant General Manager in charge of Legal Affairs. He has been working as a partner of Toydemir-Tumen Law Firm since 2002. Fikret Tümen is married and has two children and speaks French, English and Italian.
NEZİH ONAT
Born in 1947 in Ankara, Nezih ONAT graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1969 as an M.Sc. Engineer. Following his graduation, he worked as a specialist manager at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry for three years. He went to the United States in 1972 and worked as an Engineer in the International Service Development Department at Cummins Engine Company, an international automotive company, until 1977. During his professional life, he worked in the USA. at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. completed the graduate program. Upon his return to Turkey, he worked as a senior manager in the sales and marketing departments of two leading holdings in the Automotive Industry. He is a consultant and representative in the company he founded in 1988. Nezih ONAT has voluntarily served as an administrator in order to support education within the Education community, as well as Founder and President in various social associations. Nezih Onat is married and has one child.
OSMAN ULUKAN
Ulukan, born in 1947, graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Foreign Relations in 1973.
He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1975.

He returned to the Ministry in 2002 and served as the Chief Advisor to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
In 2006, he was appointed as Chilean Ambassador to Santiago and Peruvian to Lima Accredited Ambassador.
In 2010, he served as the Ministry Counselor and then the Latin, Central America and Caribbean Coordinator Ambassador. He retired in 2012. However, he continued to represent Turkey on various occasions in the countries of the region mentioned by the Ministry's decree. Osman Ulukan speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
OSMAN S. LAKAY
Born in Istanbul in 1958, Osman S. Lakay graduated from Saint Joseph High School in 1976. After graduating from the Int School of Management Marketing Sales and Advertising in 1980, he started at Narin Tekstil in 1982 and worked in different positions in the textile industry until today. He has been working as the general manager at Mavera Tekstil since 2015. Osman S Lakay, who is married and has three children, speaks French and English.
NEYLAN ZIRHLIOGLU
Born in 1962 in Elazığ, Neylan Zırhlıoğlu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1984 after completing his primary and secondary education at FMV Işık High School. After completing his post-university optics and esthetician courses, he was entitled to receive MEB certificates in these fields. He worked in different commissions in Istanbul Chamber of Pharmacists and Turkish Pharmacists Association. Zırhlıoğlu, who served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for two terms at the Pharmetic Entrepreneurial Pharmacists Association, organized the E-State of the Future Congress, the largest organization in the Health Sector, during his presidency. He is also the concessionaire of the "Pharmetic Health Journal", which is the health sector's highest circulation magazine with 35 000 copies, and carries out the chairmanship of the editorial board. After choosing pharmacy, which is his father's profession, he inspired his daughter and continued their profession as a pharmacy pharmacist for three generations, with his daughter becoming a pharmacist.
OSMAN SERIM
He was born in Istanbul (1957). He is married to French national Monique (Petite) and they have two Turkish and French sons: Timur and Noyan. He studied in Belgium and the USA. He speaks Turkish, French and English. He has worked with international and Turkish hotels/restaurants (Europe, USA, Middle East - Central Asia, Far East and Turkey) since 1976. He started Food & Beverage Consultancy in 1992, participated in more than 180 projects in Turkey and abroad (Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia) as the main food and beverage consultant. He established schools and training programs for amateur and professional cooks and participated in training at various levels in related fields. For 15 years, he provided training to THY (Turkish Airlines) cabin crew on “aircraft catering services”. He writes articles in Turkish Food & Beverage (Gusto magazine, Food in Life) and International periodicals (Food Service - Europe). Author and co-author of several books on food culture. Attends lectures and seminars on food culture and professional Food & Beverage.
ERDAL İLHAN
He was born in 1962. After completing his secondary and high school education at Istanbul Erkek High School, he graduated from Istanbul Technical University, General Mechanical Engineering Department. Afterwards, he went to Istanbul University, Institute of Business Economics. It continues as a fabric manufacturer and exporter in the textile sector, which it entered with machine manufacturing. Erdal İlhan speaks English and German. He is married and has a child.
EMRE DORUK
He was born in 1966 in Istanbul. Married and father of one child, Mr. Doruk Şişli graduated from Terakki High School and completed his university education at Marmara University, Department of International Relations in 1988 and speaks English at an advanced level. He started his career as an intern at Setur A.Ş., one of the Koç Group companies, and started to work professionally at Setur A.Ş. between 1988-1991 as a Congress and Organization Representative. After working as a representative, he has worked in different managerial positions at Setur Marinas since 1995 as given below. He has been working as the General Manager of Setur Marinas since 01.02.2017.
ALI ISPAHANI
Born in Istanbul in 1978, Ali İspahani graduated from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a double degree in Finance and Business Administration. After working as an investment banker in New York between 2000 and 2004, he moved to Turkey in 2004. He founded the Corporate Finance department in McKinsey & Company's Istanbul office. He started working in a private equity fund called Actera Group in 2008, and in 2015 he founded his own fund management and corporate finance consultancy company called Nev Ventures. After taking part in the establishment of The Stay Hotel group in 2017, he became the CEO of this group in 2018. Ali İspahani, who is married and has two children, speaks English.
AYDIN BEHAVIOR
Born in Istanbul in 1980, Aydın Davran graduated from Moda College and graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2004. After completing his internship at Cerrahoğlu Law Office and his military service as a Military Judge at the 3rd Army Corps Command Military Court, he worked as a freelance lawyer at Davran Law Office between 2006-2013. Between 2014-2017, he worked as a Legal Advisor at FU Gayrimenkul. He has been working as a Legal Advisor at Ipoteka Gayrimenkul Yatırım Danışmanlık A.Ş. since 2018. Aydın Davran, who is married and has one child, speaks English.
N. EMIR CUBUKCU
Born in Istanbul in 1981, Nüzhet Emir Çubukçu graduated from Saint Michel French High School and graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of International Relations in 2004. After that, she worked in the IT Department of Belgin Madeni Yaglar for 6 years. She completed her Master's in Information Technologies at the Faculty of Engineering of Sabancı University in 2007. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of London Metropolitan University in 2011 with a Master's in Computer Programming. After returning to Turkey, he continued to work as a founding partner of Eight Information Technologies after being an analyst, system and software developer for more than two years at Infina Software. N. Emir Çubukçu speaks French and English.
CAN YURDAKUL
Born in 1984 in Istanbul, Can Yurdakul graduated from Robert College in 2004. After graduating from Sabancı University Industrial Engineering department in 3.5 years in 2008, he completed his graduate studies at The University of Warwick, Engineering Business Management in 2009. Yurdakul, who started his business life at the headquarters of Novartis pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, later returned to Turkey and worked as a brand manager at Unilever at different levels. In 2015, he ended his career in corporate companies and established the WE AGENCY NETWORK agency community. Since 2016, he has been the chairman of the board of directors of the STANDBY CREATIVE GROUP advertising agency, which he has been a partner of and offers advertising and digital marketing services to many local and global brands. Single Can Yurdakul speaks English and German.
