It is the real person who gained the qua of “Moda Sea Club Association Member” by fulfilling original and procedural conditions that are envisaged in the bylaw.

 

Real membership and its conditions 

 

Item 5

 

People who are over 18, have legal capacity, have ability and qualifications to contribute to the aim mentioned in the bylaw and whose social status is suitable can become members.

 

However,

 

People who are under arrest with final court order because of an act against general moral or disgraceful offense,

People who are forbidden to become members of associations by law,

People who are dismissed from the association and whose records are deleted,

Foreigners who do not have to reside in Turkey,

People who the law says they cannot become association members,

       Cannot become members.

 

 

 

Method of becoming real member

 

Item 6

 

People who have the necessary qualifications that are mentioned in bylaw item 5 to become members and want to become a real member of the association apply to Board of Administrators with a filled “Application Form” that was prepared by the association, 3 headshot photographs and other wanted information and documents. With the same application, the receipt showing that association entrance fee and that year’s fee have been paid to association cashier’s office or bank account of the association should be attached. This application form will be recorded in the application diary in the application sequence. Application form will be published on the notice board for 10 days. At the end of this period, other documents, if there are any, will be submitted to ballotage committee with the application form. Ballotage committee will submit its suggestion about acceptance or refusal of the application to the Administrative Board by inspecting the real membership demand for ten days according to working conditions mentioned in bylaw. Real membership demands will be finalized in ten days based on the arrival date from the ballotage committee. Decisions about acceptance or refusal will be notified to the applicant in written. If the applications are not accepted, the paid entrance and annual fees will be paid back.

 

 

 

     

 

Acquiring the capacity of real membership

 

Item 7

 

In case of occurring the original and procedural conditions mentioned in the Bylaw, real membership is decided by administrative board. Membership of the accepted person will be recorded in the members’ registry by Association general secretary. The registered members on the members list becomes a real member and has the membership rights and fulfills the necessities of membership after the acceptance date. The widow spouses of the diedd members of the association will be accepted to real membership without needing any other procedure if they want to and if they pay the debts of their spouse to the association, if there is any. The members who are accepted to membership with this way will only pay the annual fee. Besides, spouses of died members can also benefit from the terms of clause (b)  of item 13 by grouding on the entrance into the association. In case of death of the member who gained this membership right with the death of a member, this membership right cannot be used again by the alive spouse. The spouses of real members can become real members by payin 1/3 entrance fee while their spouse is still alive, if they want to. The spouses who become members this way can also benefit from the terms of clause (b) of item 13.

 

The right and responsibility of the member

 

Item 8

 

Association members have equal rights. They have the right to select and to be selected within the condition and types mentioned in Member Bylaw. Every member has one vote right in General Assembly. The member has to vote in person. Honorary members do not have the right to vote.

 

Besides, each member is responsible for;

a)Fully fulfilling his/her responsibilities, which arise from capacity of membership, within the scope of Bylaw responsibilities,

 

       b)Contributing to realizing the aim of the association,

c) behaving appropriately to honesty rule when paying the debts and using the right against the association,

 

d) obeyin the conditions of Bylaw, regulations of the association and decisions made by bodies of the association,  

 

e) conforming the order and traditions of the association and being loyal to the association.

 

 

 

The End of the capacity of membership

 

Item 9

 

Membership finishes in case of leaving, removal, and dismissal from the association and in cases of death.

 

a) Leaving the association:

                   Every member can leave the membership by resigning only if he/she informs the Association Management in written form in advance.

 

b) Removal from membership

                   The administrative board will do the necessary according to Bylaw item 59 and delete the record of the people, who loose the right to   be a member of the association according to Bylaw Item 5 and owe to the association with no matter what reason it is and do not pay.

 

c) Dismissal from membership

           The membership of the people, who were decided to have definitive dismissal judgment according to Bylaw item 42/c, finishes. If a members leaves, or is removed or dismissed from the association, he/she is to pay all his/her debts to the association.
