THE INTERNAL REGULATION OF THE FASHION MARINE CLUB ASSOCIATION

The main goal of the sea Fashion Club, its founder, is for organizational purposes and in accordance with the principles of Atatürk, Cultural, Social and sporting activities to engage in national development in these areas and to set an example for members of the elite to quality, safe, peaceful and warm environment.
 
In this direction, and the 60th of the Charter of the Fashion Sea Club Association. This Internal Regulation, which is regulated in accordance with the Article, covers the management functioning of all service units in the Association's facilities, the forms and conditions of supervision, as well as the principles of equal use of these services by members.
 
 
 
2. DEFINITIONS AND EXPLANATIONS
2.1) Member:
A person who has earned the title of membership of the Fashion Marine Club Association by fulfilling the conditions stipulated in the Charter.  The association has two types of members: principal member and honorary member. 11 Of the Charter by the Board of Directors to those who benefit from temporary and temporary use of some of the Association's facilities.a “Temporary Benefit” permit may be granted within the scope of the article.
 
2.2) Spouse of the Member:
According to the Turkish Civil Code, a person who has earned the title of spouse and continues to hold this title legally. The spouse of the member must strictly comply with the rules of the Charter and Internal Regulations and the decisions of the Board of Directors in the Association and its facilities, and avoid behaviors that are contrary to traditions and disturb the peace.
 
2.3) The Member's Child:
It refers to the children of the main member who have not completed the age of 30 included in the actual population register. The children of the members are obliged to strictly comply with the rules of the Bylaws and Internal Regulations and the decisions of the Board of Directors, to avoid behaviors that are contrary to traditions and disturbing the peace in the Association and its facilities.
 
2.4) Guest:
A person who can only enter the Association together with a member and can only use the Association units accompanied by that member. The General Manager may invite the persons he deems necessary to the Association as guests.
Wedding, engagement, business meeting, etc. a mass invitation of the association shall be notified in writing in advance because the names of all the member Association and their guests, including those premises, the statutes and internal regulations and adhere strictly to the rules of the decisions of the board of directors, unorthodox and subversive behavior must avoid.
 
 
2.5) Board of Directors:
 
2.5.1) Duties and powers of the Board of Directors 31 of the Charter. It is stated in the article.

2.5.2) The members of the Board of Directors do not directly interfere with the officials of the Association while performing their primary duties. The members of the Board of Directors monitor the implementation of the Internal Regulations. When they encounter illegal behavior, they notify the General Manager and ensure the implementation of the rules of the By-Laws and Internal Regulations Jul.
 
 
2.6) General Manager of the Association:
 
31 Of the Association's Charter. In accordance with the Article, the Board of Directors, which is the decision-making and executive body, appoints a General Manager who is responsible for ensuring that the Association's services are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Charter and Internal Regulations and the management of service units. The General Manager performs actions in accordance with the principles and rules of the Association, the decisions of the Board of Directors and the budget. The General Manager may transfer a part of his/her officials to the Duty Manager whom he/she will appoint when he/she is not present at the facility.
 
 
2.7) Working Groups:
 
The Board of Directors establishes auxiliary working groups if it deems it necessary. These groups, which are not executive bodies, conduct studies on social, cultural, sports and similar issues and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The General Manager chairs the Working Groups and reports to the Board of Directors about the studies.
 
 
2.8) Service Units:
 
These are the units that offer products and services in the facilities of the association. With the decision of the Board of Directors, new units may be added to these units in accordance with the objectives and duties of the Association. The Board of Directors may close any part or service unit of the Association for use if it deems necessary, or change the type or name of the service
 
 
 
3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
3.1) The Member and His/Her Family:
 
3.1.1) Members, their spouses and children over the age of 15 and under the age of 30 are given a member card owned by the Moda Marine Club Association. Cardholders are obliged to keep their cards with them and show them to the officials when asked.
 
Those who do not have their card with them are allowed to enter the Association by determining their membership by comparing their Association records and legal identities.
 
3.1.2) In case of changes in the marital status of the member, the change is notified to the General Directorate in writing by the member within fifteen days at the latest and the relevant card is returned to the Association. In the same way, the Member notifies the General Directorate of address and telephone changes in writing within fifteen days at the latest. If he does not notify, the notification made to his last known address shall be deemed to have been notified.
 
3.1.3) The information about the Members is confidential and is subject to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Association's Policy on the Processing, Protection and Destruction of Personal Data. Personal data related to members are not shared with third parties and organizations in violation of the legislation or without a judicial decision.
 
 
3.1.4) Members, their spouses and children may not use the Association's staff for their private affairs within or outside the Association except with the knowledge and approval of the Association's Management or in violation of the written procedure or instruction on this subject.
 
3.1.5) Members may bring as many guests as they wish in accordance with the Association's facilities, provided that they notify the Association in advance and use the reservation procedure. When the Board of Directors deems it necessary in some units and special events, it may set a limit on the number of guests that a member will bring to the Association.
 
3.1.6) Members are obliged to cover the material damage that they, their spouses, children and guests will cause to the facilities and assets of the Association, as well as they are responsible in accordance with the Charter.
 
3.1.7) It is not allowed to enter the support units and offices of the Association that remain in the background without special permission from the authorities.
 
3.1.8) Business meetings cannot be organized in any hall without the prior knowledge and approval of the authorities. Bilateral business meetings can only be held in lounges and lobbies without any permission.
 
3.1.9) The activities and service units and hours that children between the ages of zero and sixteen can benefit from together with their parents or alone are determined and announced by the Board of Directors. Dec.
 
3.1.10) Alcoholic beverages are not given to those under the age of eighteen in any service unit. Children under the age of sixteen are not allowed to enter bars from the opening time of the bar, even if they do not drink.
 
3.1.11 ) Parents prevent their children from engaging in behaviors that disturb the tranquility and disturb the environment. If the General Manager or the Duty Manager acts otherwise despite being warned, they may ask their families to remove these children from the Club.
 
3.1.12) The spouse of the member and the children of the member who are over the age of 15 and have not completed the age of 30 benefit from the facilities of the Association exactly like a member. However, they cannot engage in administrative and legal activities.
 
 
3.2) Guests:
 
3.2.1) Members may bring guests to the Association in accordance with the rules of the Charter and Internal Regulations. The identity of the guest is recorded and signed by the member in a legible way in the guest book at the reception by specifying the name and surname of the guest. From this moment on, the member has to be with his guests. The main inviting member is personally responsible for the attitude, behavior, expenses and actions of the guests. The conditions of admission and utilization of the Association to which the guests will be subjected are regulated by the Board of Directors.
 
3.2.2) Guests are obliged to strictly comply with the rules of the Association and the Internal Regulations and the decisions of the Board of Directors, to avoid behaviors that are contrary to traditions and disturbing the peace in the Association and its facilities.
 
3.2.3) The member who invited him to the Association is responsible for the expenses of the guest within the Association. The ticket will not be opened on behalf of the guest.
 
3.2.4) Guests cannot enter some parts of the Association outside of the announced guest days, even if they are accompanied by a member. These areas are reserved for the use of members, members' spouses, members' children and Association employees only.
 
3.2.5) Guests are obliged to comply with the dress code of the Association. Otherwise, their entrance to the Association will be blocked by the officials.
 
3.2.6) The relevant member may be notified that the guest who contradicts the traditions of the Association and the social rules with his/her condition, attitude and behavior will not be invited to the Association again.
 
The evaluation on this issue is made by the General Manager.
 
3.2.7) Members whose relationship with the Association has been temporarily or permanently terminated due to a disciplinary decision, as well as their spouses and children, as well as those whose membership application has been rejected, cannot enter the Association even as guests.
 
3.2.8) It is forbidden to introduce animals into the association and its facilities and to feed stray animals entering these facilities by bringing food from outside.  
 
3.3) Clothing Descriptions:
 
3.3.1) Free Clothes:
Sports club and political party fan clothes are free clothes except for singlets, swimsuits, bare feet.
 
3.3.2) Comfortable But Stylish Outfit:
All kinds of tracksuits, capris, bermuda shorts, sports club and political party supporter clothes, singlets, swimsuits, sandals, flip-flops, bare feet, etc. slippers and other sports and beach clothes are free clothes compatible with the traditional sense of elegance of the Association Dec. Men wear fabric or denim trousers with a T-shirt or shirt. Women wear trousers, skirts or dresses with T-shirts or shirts, knitwear, etc.
 
3.3.3) Semi-Formal Attire:
Men wear fabric or denim trousers with a suitable underwear or shirt into a single jacket, and a suitable lace-up or loafers or stylish sneakers. Women wear heels or flat shoes or stylish sneakers with döpiyes or a tayor or dress.
 
3.3.4) Formal Attire:

Men wear a light or dark suit or tuxedo depending on the season, provided that they wear a shirt and a tie or bow tie.  In some events, the tie or bow tie requirement may be removed. Women wear toilet or evening dress clothes.
 
3.3.5) Clothing in Sports Units:
In sports units, clothes and shoes suitable for sports performed other than daily clothes are worn.
 
3.4) General Rules of Door Entry:
Members may not enter service units with umbrellas, coats, fur coats, coats, raincoats, coats and accessories other than hats, caps, berets, except those determined and announced by the Board of Directors. They benefit from a free cloakroom service. Access is allowed only to meeting rooms with a briefcase, only to the gym with a gym bag. People who want to use a different service unit before a meeting or a sport leave their bags in the cloakroom. Entrance with gift packages is acceptable at special birthday, etc. celebration parties. Approval is obtained from the General Directorate in special cases.
 
3.4.1) Members are obliged to comply with the dress code specified in the Service units section. A member, member's spouse, member's child or member's guest who refuses to comply with the rules despite the warning may be prevented from using the service units by the officials. Those who engage in persistent behavior are excluded from the Association and disciplinary provisions are applied against them.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. VARIOUS PROVISIONS
 
4.1) Assistance and tabarru:
Assistance and tabarru cannot be collected in any way and under any name without the permission of the administrative authorities and the decision of the Board of Directors.
 
4.2) Posters and advertisements:
All kinds of posters, posters hanging within the association, etc. making announcements for promotional and advertising purposes is subject to the permission of the General Directorate.
 
4.3) Association items:
 
4.3.1) The items of the Association cannot be taken out of the Association without the permission of the General Directorate.
 
4.3.2 ) Books and magazines received in accordance with the written procedure for the purpose of reading only shall be returned undamaged within the specified period.
4.4) Bringing food and drinks from outside:
 
4.4.1) The association cannot be entered with food and beverages purchased from outside
 
4.4.2) The celebration cakes to be served in the invitations are subject to the approval of the General Directorate in advance.
 
 
 
5. SERVICE UNITS
 
5.1) Beach, Swimming Pools and Rafting :
 
5.1.1) The season opening and closing dates and service hours of the beach, Swimming Pool and Rafting are determined and announced by the General Directorate. Members and their guests must comply with these hours. They cannot force the officials to make changes in this regard.
 
5.1.2) The General Directorate determines and announces the entry and exit procedures of the Beach, Swimming Pool and Raft and the rules necessary for their healthy use.
5.1.3) Members may bring a limited number of guests to the Beach, Swimming Pool and Raft on the condition of paying the entrance fee on the days determined by the Board of Directors. The limitation shall be determined and announced by the Board of Directors.
 
5.1.4) Food and beverage service is not provided at the Beach, Swimming Pool and Raft except for the places determined by the General Directorate and the menu.  Food and drink cannot be brought from outside.
 
5.1.5) Beach, Swimming Pool and Raft usage fees are determined by the Board of Directors as seasonal subscription and daily entrance.
 
5.1.6) Sun beds or tables cannot be booked at the Beach, Swimming Pool Facility and Raft. For whatever reason and for whatever reason, behavior that will disturb the environment cannot be done.
 
5.1.7) Members, their spouses and guests are obliged to show due care to their children in accordance with these principles.
 
5.1.8) It is not allowed to enter other service units with beach and pool clothes unless otherwise announced.
 
5.1.9) Invitations may be given and events may be organized in certain areas of the Beach and Swimming Pool with the permission of the Board of Directors and by announcing in advance. On such days, the General Directorate may ask members and guests to leave before the normal closing time.
 
 
 
 
5.2) Tennis Court:
 
5.2.1) The fees for using the Tennis Court are determined by the Board of Directors as subscription and daily use.
 
5.2.2) Within the framework of the principles determined by the Board of Directors, persons who are not members of the Association may use the Tennis Court on condition of paying the usage fee.
 
5.2.3) The General Directorate determines and announces the procedures for entering and exiting the Tennis Court and the Rules of the Tennis Court necessary for its healthy use. Those who do not comply with these procedures and rules are not allowed to enter the Tennis Court.
 
5.2.4 ) It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside except energy drinks and vitamins.
 
5.2.5) Tennis can only be played on the court with tennis clothes and shoes.
 
5.3 ) Gym with Equipment “Fitness Center”:
 
5.3.1) The fees for using the Gym with Tools are determined and announced by the Board of Directors as a seasonal subscription and daily use.
 
5.3.2) Persons who are not members of the Association can benefit from the Gym with Tools alone, provided that they pay the reference fee of an Association member and the usage fee.
 
5.3.3) The General Directorate determines and announces the procedures for entering and leaving the Gym with Tools and the rules necessary for its healthy use.
 
5.3.4 ) It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside except energy drinks and vitamins.
 
5.3.5) In the Gym with Tools, you can only work with sports clothes and shoes.
 
5.4) Children's Playroom
 
5.4.1) It is open to the use of children between the ages of 4 and 12 Dec. children in the 0-4 age group can benefit from their own carers
 
5.4.2) The General Directorate determines and announces the procedures for entering and exiting the Children's Playroom and the rules necessary for its healthy use.
 
5.4.3) It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside, except for baby food.
 
5.5) Restaurants and Bars:
 
5.5.1) The opening and closing hours of restaurants and bars are determined and announced by the Board of Directors. Food and drinks are not served outside of these hours. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside.
 
5.5.2) If deemed necessary, the General Manager or Duty Manager may stop serving drinks to members and member guests with the approval.
 
5.5.3) Restaurants and bars may be entered with clothes in accordance with the rules determined and announced by the Board of Directors and specified in this Internal Regulation.
 
The Board of Directors may make changes to these rules according to the circumstances.
 
5.5.4) Food and beverage prices determined by the General Directorate in line with the budget are paid instantly, in cash or by credit card in exchange for a voucher or invoice issued.
 
5.5.5) Collective invitations may be given at the association's facilities within the scope of the principles written in the banquet agreements. Collective invitation meetings are conducted by Banquet Office staff. However, banquet contracts are signed mutually with the General Manager.
 
 
5.5.6) Members can benefit from cafes, restaurants and bars and other activities by making reservations if they wish. The reservation is made from the Reservation Section only during the announced hours. Reservation obligation, number of guests and/or participants limitation may be imposed for participation in some events. The reservation rules are determined and announced by the General Directorate.
 
 
5.6) Bridge and Game Room
 
5.6.1) None other than the members and their spouses may enter the Bridge and Game Room.
 
5.6.2) Members may invite guests to the Bridge and Game Hall on special days determined by the decision of the Board of Directors, if permitted by legislation. Members are directly responsible for the behavior of their Guests.
Guests whose contrary behaviors are detected will not be admitted to the hall again.
 
5.6.3) The game cannot be played except for the games determined by the Board of Directors.
 
5.6.4) There is no obligation to wear a jacket and tie. However, you should come with comfortable and stylish clothes in accordance with the traditions.
 
5.6.5) Food and beverage service is not provided except the menu determined by the General Directorate. Food and drink cannot be brought from outside.
 
5.6.6) It is forbidden to engage in behaviors and outrages that will disturb the peace of the surroundings and do not comply with the traditions of the Association and the honor of membership.
 
5.6.7) The games can only be watched with the permission of the players. Those who are watching cannot make any intervention in the game.
 
5.6.8) The times and principles of utilization are determined and announced by the Board of Directors.
 
5.6.9) It is forbidden to play bridge and heavy games in the Game Room.
 
 
5.7) Cloakroom:
 
5.7.1) Cloakroom service is not subject to any fee.
 
5.7.2) Members and Their Guests may not leave their packages or bags containing precious paper, jewelry and cash coins and personal belongings in the cloakroom. Otherwise, the Association does not have any legal responsibility for their damage and loss. They benefit from the Safety Locker service in accordance with the procedure.
 
5.8) Valet Service:
Subscription and daily usage fees and operating rules are determined and announced by the Board of Directors. It is closed for use outside the association's service hours.
 
 
 
6.  DISCIPLINARY PROVISIONS
 
6.1) Disciplinary Practices:
 
Members who behave in violation of the provisions of the Charter and Internal Regulations, the announced decisions of the Board of Directors and the rules of operation of service units are referred to the Disciplinary Board without the need for any written complaint.
 
A member or guest who does not comply with the traditions of the Association with their attitude, movement and tone of voice and causes discomfort to their surroundings is first warned by the authorities, removed from the Association's facilities and referred to the Disciplinary Board if they continue their disapproved actions.
 
6.2) Member Debts:
 
6.2.1) Members pay their receipts or invoices related to their expenses in all service units instantly with cash or credit card.
 
6.2.2 ) To the members who do not pay their debts despite the written warning of the General Directorate and the application of service suspension with the authority to be obtained from the Board of Directors or the decision of the Board of Directors to temporarily prohibit them from using the Association's facilities, the Board of Directors shall comply with Article 9 of the Charter. and 59. He applies his substances.
 
 
6.3) Member Wishes and Complaints:
 
6.3.1) Members; They inform their complaints or suggestions about the Association's products and services by filling out a questionnaire or verbally to the Service Unit Chief and/or Duty Manager. A Member who does not agree with the measure taken may notify the General Manager of his complaint or proposal in writing. The General Manager responds to written complaints or suggestions in writing within ten days. Complaints or suggestions that are not answered within the time limit may be reported to the Board of Directors by the Member.  
 
6.3.2) Members may not directly interfere with other Members, spouses and Children of Members, Guests or officials in a way that disrupts the common peace.
 
Members; Report problems or complaints related to other Members, Member Spouses, Member Children, Guests or officials to the Service Unit Chief at the time of the incident. If their expectations are not met, they inform the General Manager or the Duty Manager verbally and/or in writing to the Board of Directors within the period specified in Article 43 of the Charter, based on the importance of the issue.
 
7) Enforcement
This internal Regulation has been prepared by the Board of Directors and is subject to Article 60 of the Charter. In accordance with the Article, it was submitted and accepted for approval by the General Assembly on December 10, 2022.
 
The General Manager is responsible to the Board of Directors for the full and correct implementation of the provisions of this Internal Regulation.
