Founded on April 8, 1935, under the directive of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Moda Deniz Club operates with the mission of contributing to the advancement of seamanship, water sports, and contemporary lifestyle.

Through its cultural, social, and sporting activities, Moda Deniz Club leads national development while offering its distinguished members a safe, high-quality, and welcoming social environment.

Within the framework of member references or corporate guarantees, Moda Deniz Club also hosts group invitation events for third parties and institutions. With its unique location and diverse venue options, the Club has become a preferred address for special occasions.

With its deep-rooted history, experienced staff, and high service standards, the Club welcomes its guests with respect, elegance, and professionalism at every event.

General Invitation Rules

Reservation Process  

Reservations are made by members or through member references. For invitation events, the referring member must attend the event. Reservations are valid for a maximum of one week from the date they are made. Reservations without advance payment within this period will be considered invalid.

Event Hours and Music Arrangements  

Event hours are determined in agreement between the host and the banquet manager. Events begin at 19:30 and conclude at 00:00. Hosts may opt for an After Party service at The Club after 00:00.

Decoration and Organization  

Decoration, music, photography, and video services are provided exclusively by contracted firms. These services must fully comply with the Club’s standards and general regulations.

Event Cake  

Event cakes may only be sourced from establishments certified with ISO 9001, HACCP, or ISO 22000.

Music in Outdoor Areas  

For events held outdoors, music must be discontinued at 24:00 in accordance with legal regulations.

Dress Code  

Guests and hosts are expected to adhere to the Club’s traditional sense of elegance, as well as its Charter and Internal Regulations. Elegance and courtesy are essential elements of every event.

Political Meetings  

Organizing meetings for political purposes is strictly prohibited. Promotional materials such as flags, logos, or banners may not be used for such purposes.

Fireworks Displays  

To avoid disturbing Moda residents and Club members, and to eliminate fire hazards, fireworks displays are strictly forbidden.

Guest Entry and Name Verification  

Guests will be subject to name verification upon entry to the Club.

Conduct and Responsibility  

Hosts and members named in the event contract are responsible for any inappropriate behavior or damages caused by guests.
